Otomys Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd keeps the personal information you share with us private, and we comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect and why
When you contact us, we keep the details you give us, such as your name, practice and contact details, so we can reply, arrange demonstrations and support you. Enquiries sent through our website form are delivered to our team by email, using service providers (Vercel and our email provider) that process them on our behalf. We do not sell your information.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Practice data in Microvet and pod.vet
Information that practices store in our software belongs to the practice. We keep it private and use it only to provide and support the service.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
