Veterinary practice management made simple, reliable and South African.
pod.vet is a cloud-based practice management system built by Otomys for South African veterinary clinics. Records, scheduling, inventory, billing and reporting sit in one place, accessible anywhere.
Why practices are moving
Five reasons to move.
Most practices aren’t held back by their people. They’re held back by their software.
Wherever you are. Power or not.
At the practice, on a farm visit, at home or during a power cut, open pod.vet on a laptop or tablet over mobile data. Full practice access, no office network needed.
You move. Your data moves.
Your clients, patients and histories come across with you. You check a test copy before go-live, with minimal downtime.
Live in weeks, not months.
Structured training, tutorials and live support. Most practices are fully operational within a few weeks.
One system. Less admin.
Records, scheduling, inventory, billing and reporting in one platform instead of five.
Local support, your language. Lekker.
Real people in your time zone, in English or Afrikaans, who know South African practice.
