Do prices include VAT?
No. All Microvet and pod.vet prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at 15% on your invoice.
Is there a cost to move from my current system?
Yes. A once-off data conversion fee applies, depending on your current system and how much history comes across. We quote it upfront. See how switching works.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no lock-in contract. We aim to give you support and value that make you want to stay.
How reliable is the software?
Otomys has run practice systems for more than 35 years with a strong record of reliability, and we have backup and contingency plans in place.
When is support available?
Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00. After hours, weekends and public holidays: technician on standby.
